Our formal mentorship program pairs you with a partner mentor from your practice group or office, along with a small team of fellow associates. Each mentorship team is also connected to a team from a different office or practice group, giving you relationships and perspectives that extend well beyond your immediate work. Mentors are selected by practice group leaders and office managing partners, so you are learning from people who are committed to the role and motivated to help you succeed.

In addition, our Legal Talent Department provides dedicated resources to help you integrate within the firm and advance your career. Firm leaders closely monitor work allocation and workload to make sure you are challenged, supported and positioned to do your best work. We also offer a range of well-being resources, including flexible work arrangements, because we know that thriving professionally starts with personal well-being.
