Paul J. Hartman State and Local Tax Forum 

Kelvin Lawrence, a partner in the Vorys Columbus office and a member of the firm's probate and tax group, will participate in a panel at the Paul J. Hartman State and Local Tax Forum in Nashville, TN on October 28.  The title of the panel is "The Changing Landscape: State Taxation of Pass-Through Entities." 

The panel will focus on topics pertaining to Pass-Through Entities (PTE), including the MTC Partnership Tax Project, state PTE tax developments after the increased SALT cap, election foot-faults, adoption of the MTC Model Partnership Audit/RAR Act, developments in taxing and sourcing gains on PTE ownership interests and other significant state PTE cases and rulings from the past year.

Kelvin will be joined by Chris Barber, director of operations for the Multistate Tax Commission, as well as attorney Bruce Ely.
