2026 RILA Retail Law Conference
Colleen Devanney and Daren Garcia, Vorys partners and members of the Vorys eControl group, will participate in a panel at the Retail Industry Leaders Association’s (RILA) Retail Law Conference in Kansas City, Missouri on October 16, 2026. The title of the session will be “In-House Legal Teams are the Secret to eCommerce Revenue and Profitability.”
The session will focus on how in-house legal leaders can deliver transformative commercial impact by implementing holistic brand control programs that identify and resolve disruption to the eCommerce revenue chain. Attendees will learn the key components of the Channel Integrity Framework, the KPIs most relevant to commercial success and the system needed to drive success at-scale.
Colleen and Daren will be joined by Nicolette Hudson, vice president and global head of intellectual property and brand protection for Bath & Body Works, Inc; and Santo Scrimenti, manager and legal counsel for Pandora Jewelry LLC.
