2026 Ohio Tax Conference 

Dave Froling, Lauren Johnson and Kelvin Lawrence — partners in the Vorys Columbus office and members of the firm's taxation group — spoke at the 2026 Ohio Tax Conference on August 13 and 14 in Columbus, Ohio. 

Lawrence participated in a workshop titled "Sales Tax Sourcing" on August 13.  He was joined by Fred Nicely, the vice president and COO of the Council on State Taxation and Alex Fant, division counsel of sales and use tax with the State of Ohio Department of Taxation. 

Johnson appeared for a workshop titled "Real Property Tax Reforms" on August 14.  She was joined by Matt Nolan, auditor for Warren County and Matt Hollis of the State of Ohio Department of Taxation.  Froling also appeared on August 14, participating in a workshop titled "Apportionment Trends & Planning."  He was joined by Matt Culp, Columbus multistate tax services senior manager for Deloitte.
