Evan Sumner, an associate in the Vorys Cincinnati office and member of the litigation group, spoke at the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Employee Benefits Conference at the Cincinnati Bar Center on June 4.  His presentation was titled "2026 ERISA Litigation Update.”
